After all I changed the BACKUP command from /IMAGE to /NOIMAGE and added
an /EXCLUDE. It required a modificaiton to the central backup routine. But
this was easier than fiddling around with "Backup/NoBackup". There is one
little glitch, though: the resulting backup command looks something like
   BACKUP/IMAGE .... sourcedisk:[000000...]*.*;*/NOIMAGE ...
Removing "/IMAGE" for this very disk would have been a lot more complicated.
