Jeff,
LATACP does not have a logfile. But it keeps a couple of counters,
which you should look at - while everything is working and especially,
if something has failed with the LAT protocol.
$ MC LATCP SHOW LINK/COUNT and SHOW NODE/COUNTER
The LAT service announcements are sent via Multicast (every Multicast
Timer seconds). If a another node does not receive a service announce
for some time, it will drop the LAT service as unreachable.
You should also check the DECnet LINE counters for any transmit/
receive errors.
