[Info-vax] Clustering on VMS 4.7

Cluster configuration has come a long way since 4.7, but here's a go:

MAKEROOT would be my first guess for a starting point. If that procedure 
complains about not seeing a cluster-ready disk, the only place to 
revert to is the VMS installation media, and hope that a question gets 
asked there to form a cluster disk.

What is the directory structure on SYS$SYSDEVICE: like? Can you post the 
output from:

$ DIR SYS$SYSDEVICE:[000000...]*.DIR
