[Info-vax] Boot rx2600 off USB DVD?

ILO2 isnt it (hoping then it might work), mount your PCs DVD drive
(USB or other), it might work... or is 2600 ILO without that
extra ....
just running some blade 860C and (didnt try it) but it might work.
installing programs from the PCs DVD works fine, EFI boot I think asks
for any media local/san and on my PC (virtual) but as I said, didnt
try It.
