An example with my latest Hobbyist licenses. I saved them as a <CR><LF>
delimited file on my Mac, and put the file into a CD image file, then
attached that in SIMH (I could alternatively have burned it to CD and
read that on my Alpha).
Using EDT on VMS, I see stuff like this:
$ LICENSE REGISTER X500-DIRECTORY-SERVER-
<CR><LF>/ISSUER=OPENVMS_HOBBYIST - <CR><LF>/AUTHORIZATION=
$ SET FILE /ATTR=RFM:STM LICENSES.TXT
and I can see it as a normal text file, and execute it.
