[Info-vax] VMS defragmenters

   If your disk is not excessively fragemented, just periodically
   defragmenting all the files tends to defragment the free-space
   as a side affect.

   I've done this on lots of disks and verified that the free space
   did defragement every time I was able to defragement all the files.
