Check with the Post Office.  ISTR a LARGE book that translated street 
address to ZIP code and ZIP Code to street address range.  The Post 
Office used to sell this info in both book and machine readable form.

I have an OLD CDROM entitled '9-Digit ZIP Code Directory".  It was 
published by "American Business Information".  They may, or may not, 
still be in business and may, or may not, still offer a ZIP Code Directory.
