IAS, though lovely, was never really widespread and has very very few
web based resources as far as I know. Someone who knew RSX (11M or
perhaps preferably 11D or 11MPlus) might be able to help you, given
the common heritage, though you happen to have picked one of the bits
where (iirc) they may differ. You might get better luck with your
quest in comp.sys.dec
