Is it the same as "work WITH VMS ?"

Is it more like Mr VAXman, flipping bits deep inside VMS to make VMS

And you might need to specify where on May 28th. May 28th in Perth
Australia may require some of us to start travelling on May 25th so we
could be there in good enough shape for whatever is planned.

May 28th invitation to a backyard party at your home would also require
some trip planning. (Please mention if we need to bring beer/wine/alchool)

A May 28th  live web cast would be quite different.
