   I know a fellow who paid MS for support once.  He called them with
   a Fortran bug and the help line basically said they didn't know
   about it.  He asked if they wanted a sample program to demonstrate
   the bug so they could fix it and the help line fellow said no, "if 
   we did that, we'd spend all our time fixing bugs".

   What support?
