   Athough I understand I was wrong about official support, people who 
   have MV II in thier cluster have reported right here in c.o.v that it 
   will boot and run VMS 7.3.  They didn't report having to buy any new 
   hardware to make that so.  My customer used to own hardware that
   would have made it so.  

   Try booting Vista on a PC from the same era.

   As far offically supported, ti seems that ran through 7.2-x or so.
   Which is kind of like getting Windows XP support on that 80286.
