There is no need to continue the discussion. The Abolition of teacher
tenure next year is going to go a long way towards solving the issue.
As for the evidence, I did work it all out in a new Ruminations
section for the second edition of "The Minimum You Need to Know to Be
an OpenVMS Application Developer" and the wording of the copyright
stops it from being posted on-line or reprinted in any manner. Second
edition won't ship until either first edition print run goes OOS or
final quarter of 2012. Work on the book is proceeding now because it
looks like the current print run will run out before the date schedule
for second edition.

Best Books Award Winner per USA Book News is now in the finalist round
for the 2009 Eric Hoffer Awards. Received that email yesterday.
