I had a STAR:: and NOVA:: account a LONG time ago because I was Regional
Software Field Support (Mid-Atlantic Region) for Rdb and other
Transaction Processing products which some how or another included field
support for languages. Most interesting language problem was a FORTRAN
compiler error that resulted in a -0. (And the FAA, trying to calculate
effects of ice on air foil, were not very amused (circa 1992-1993ish?).
I would have to say that after losing my latest position as Strategy DBA
(basically 4th tier support) at Sprint that traveling to the NE is
probably out of the question at this time...
