   You don't want to set the last end of file to the last allocated
   block.  That will genrally just look like you added more padding
   after the last used block.

   I'm not sure if the field you need to set is accessable via "set
   file".  If you find the field in the RMS manuals you can then see
   if "set file" covers it.
