[Info-vax] (no subject) INstall o f C and Cxx

1. First copy the two *.DCX_AXPEXE to your system.
2. Run them (they are self-expanding EXEs ZIPs).

If you get files like *.A, *.B use VMSINSTAL.
If you get file like *.PCSI use PROD INSTAL
