I've been using "Core FTP LE" from my PC to an OpenVMS machine running
TCP/IP services. It seems to mostly work. It gets confused on file size in
the display and a few other nits. However, it works most of the time for
the things I need (mostly transferring files from the OpenVMS machine back
to my PC).
