[Info-vax] SPDs

If you follow the link from the OpenVMS portal (www.hp.com/go/openvms) for
SPDs (lower right column) this eventually gets you to an improperly labeled
page under "Business Support Center" which suggests manuals...  Actually,
selecting "OpenVMS 8.x" gives you a list of SPDs.  Although they are still
not labeled as such - still Manuals...

Whoever is doing the reorganization obviously does not have an understanding
of the content.
