[Info-vax] set cluster/expected_votes

Hi,

Setup is a three node cluster, but has two nodes in one location with
the other at a remote site.
Requirement is to shutdown the two co-located systems for power work,
but leave the remote node up.

I was planning to do a set cluster/expected=1 to allow this to happen
rather than thinking up a votes scheme to make this work.

So Quorum is currently 2, and I have to effectiveley get it to be 1.

I read in the notes that this command won't reduce Quorum to "half or
fewer" than the number of votes present. With two nodes remaining, I
will still have two votes in the cluster, so does this mean that using
this command to reduce expected_votes to 1 at this point won't work,
and so won't allow me to shutdown the second node and not hang the
remaining system?

I will not be onsite and am trying to avoid having to explain to the
customer how to force a re-Quorum from the >>> prompt.

Cheers,

Ray.
