   The majority hasn't yet had a major medical issue and therefor is
   happy enough.  Those who have had a major medical issue know the
   system is broken.  

   On the other hand, we all know stories that sometimes Canadians buy 
   medical procedures in the US that aren't available at any price in 
   Canada.
