   To be really usefull, a quorum disk needs to be dual-pathed and hold 
   the cluster common files.  Then you can set up the cluster such that
   it can be up if the node on either end of the path is up.

   I have no dual-path hardware, so the cluster common files are on
   the system disk of one node, and that node must be up.  That node
   has one vote, expected votes is one, and the other two nodes are
   satellites with thier own system disks but zero votes.
