Option 	Description
REMOVE_NODE
	Causes other nodes in the cluster to decrease the value of the
EXPECTED_VOTES system parameter. (This parameter is automatically
increased each time a node joins the cluster.) Specifying REMOVE_NODE
will not decrease the EXPECTED_VOTES below the quorum value.
