[Info-vax] Cutting down on routing nodes

Yess, now I got away from that cisco, the last thing I saw was lat
working and successfull decnet ping(!!!!  yes command is "ping")
working as in seeing my testnode..
there might be hope ;)

now tomorrow, Ill have a look at the vms side to see what it did
there, didn't dare to do that just now (today),
as I was in IOS hell alll day... and got out of that.... (I think)

Well now SNMP decnet/LAT might be the next concern..
