1)  I believe that a lot of the people working on HP software in India
     are actually employed by HP.

     I can not imagine any company would disqualify a potential vendor
     because they hire people on country X.

2)  And even if they do outsource to non-HP companies then what.

     Do you think HP own the oil fields that produce the plastic
     in the ink cartridges or the iron mines that produces the
     metal the Itanium servers are made of?

     Everybody buys some parts of what they deliver.
