I do not have a linksys router.  I have two Netgear routers.  Both of 
which allege to have the ability to lock down individual MAC address in 
their DHCP server to reserved IP addresses.

However, on my Netgear WGR614 v5, those reservations are ignored.  The 
Netgear site lists the product as end of life, and no further firmware 
updates are available, so I am only

Your linksys router may also have this ability.  But test it to make 
sure that it works.
