[Info-vax] Bytlm query

Hi,

Last week I posted a query about a mutex, this led to a bytlm problem. The 
system has hung yet again with the same problem, and even though we 
increased the bytlm quote by 50% the crash is still showing the same 
combination of numbers for bytcnt and bytlm ie 192 / 65216. I know that 
bytlm is a non-static limit but why should I be seeing the same values as 
last time?
