Because in the past, I used LAT and Appletalk to talk to that printer. I
know its IP, but I do not know what other protocols it supports. And
yeah, I guess I need to find documentation for that printer.

Thanks to a rapid tip from Mr Hoff, I have found a way to use my toes to
test the port numbers in a rapid sequence, allowing me to continue to
use my hands for more productive purposes...

So far, it has found:
Port Scanning host: 10.0.0.30

	 Open TCP Port: 515 printer
	 Open TCP Port: 10000 ndmp
	 Open TCP Port: 10001 scp-config

(my toes are using: Applications/Utilities/Network Utility -> Port Scan :-)

So it shows LPD being available (515) However, LPD is unidirectional as
I recall, so the printer driver cannot interrogate the printer's status
(memory, fonts etc) as well as receive messages such as "no more paper".

I guess I'll have to do more testing.
