Well...

At my current client site, at project meetings, they are always
talking about doing this-n-that "on the VAX", even if it is
over 10 years since the last VAX was shut down. In the beginning
a tried to explain that they are not running "a VAX" anymore,
but I gave up... :-)

And a lot of COM and COB files still talkes about "the PDP"
even if the PDP controlling the cranes in the wharehouse was
replaced by a Power/AIX system long ago.

He, I made a search of the all COB and SCO files and got :

OBJECT-COMPUTER. IBM-370.
OBJECT-COMPUTER. VAX-11.
OBJECT-COMPUTER. VAX-1100.
OBJECT-COMPUTER. VAX-3000.
OBJECT-COMPUTER. VAX-750.
OBJECT-COMPUTER. VAX-8350.
OBJECT-COMPUTER. AlphaServer AS800.
OBJECT-COMPUTER. AlphaServer DS20e.

These are the "plattforms" this code-stock has been
running on over the years... :-) Note the "IBM-370",
this code base was once move from an MVS system to a
VAX 11/750.

I also checked "DATE-WRITTEN." and every year from 1980 to
2009 is there. This is the current production code base...
