I too would like to see continued support of the 32 bit environment.
It makes little sense to abandon these systems - there are THOUSANDS
of them out there.  And with the emulators, whether it be SIMH or
Charon-VAX (I know sacrilege, but they do work) this architecture can
live on for many more years.  IBM has been doing it for decades
already.

But, getting someone to see the value of keeping a customer is
sometimes difficult.
