IF I have done business with a company and they send me some advertising 
by e-mail I don't mind very much.  It's actually conceivable that it 
might be of some use to me.

It's the stuff that shows up in my inbox offering a great deal on penis 
enlargers or telling me how to make a fortune as an Elbonian Mud Dealer 
that I object to.

I don't see much spam.  Comcast has pretty good spam filters and it has 
been years since I opened an e-mail and found my self looking at a 
gynecologist's view of female genetalia!
