[Info-vax] Definition and use of AQB$L_LINK

Does anybody out there know exactly what the definition and use of the
field AQB$L_LINK in the ACP Queue Block is for? Other than it exists,
none of "VMS File System Internals", "VAX/VMS Internals and Data
Structures" or "VMS for Alpha Platforms Internals and Data Structures"
comments on its use; only its identification as a member field of the
AQB structure. What does it link to? Under what circumstances is it
used and what part of VMS or the ACP uses it? Is its use ACP defined?
(meaning it is up to the discretion of the ACP designer whether the
ACP uses it or not)

As always, any wisdom is greatly appreciated.
