Taken from the terms and conditions document CAM07_TS_UK_Feb.09, section B6
customer responsibilities:

a. Data Backup. To reconstruct lost or altered Customer files, data, or
programs, Customer must maintain a separate backup system or procedure that
is not dependent on the Products Supported under this Agreement.

In other words, it appears you can't have any backup systems as part of the
same HP contract. Does anyone have any comments ? Is this some small print
designed to try and make sure you can't sue HP in case of HP caused data
loss ?
