These ARE RZ series drives aren't they? You found a drive with a yellow
light on the front panel of a drive and replaced that drive with one of
equal or greater capacity?
If the answer to both of these questions is yes, I think this is a job
for tech support, if you have it. If not, you can probably get "pay as
you go" at four or five hundred dollars per hour plus the cost of parts!
