[Info-vax] up-to-date version of LaTeX on VMS

Hi all,


I ask this question here from time to time.  Does anyone have an
up-to-date version of LaTeX on VMS?

Unfortunately, I don't have enough time to put such a package together 
myself, so I'll probably just update the minimum I need (for now).

In general, is there a semi-automatic procedure for updating a local 
LaTex installation?

If someone DOES have an up-to-date installation, I would be happy to 
host it so that others can copy it, and also keep it updated.
