[Info-vax] VMS System Time very slow

Hi,

I have a strange behaviour on some of our systems running OpenVMS VAX
6.2. Since 2009-01-01, 01:06, the system clock runs very slow: one can
see counting up the ticks in the time stamps shown by some commands,
e.g. SHOW PROCESS. One these systems, a second takes more than one
minute!

The systems aren't physical machines, but MicroVAX 3900's emulated by
simh. We have, however, some other emulated systems which run without
problems!

We can solve the problem with a reboot. I'd be interested, however,
if someone has encountered this problem as well and knows how to
prevent it to occur again.

Can someone help?
