Far be it for me to dis and dissuade you from purchasing and running a
VMS solution, but you can buy laptops dirt cheap on eBay and install a
decent linux distro like Ubuntu and run Firefox.  The browsers on VMS,
and I love VMS, are pig slow.

They are loud... I think I see a lawsuit on the horizon for loss of my
hearing due to the fan noise. ;)
