Well, yeah, I could (try to) _fix_ the 2003 Porting
Library stuff, but I figured that there was (might be?) a
modern edition lying around somewhere.
What's being used to build the new SWB, for
example?
Failing that, my plan was to update the
__CRTL_VER conditionality to agree better with the
modern world. I was just hoping to avoid adding yet
another novel wheel design to the universe.
Looks as if the standard OpenSSL kits don't know
about IA64, either. Sigh.
