Depends how you define "a standard PC".

As Kerry pointed out, the answer depends on a lot factors.
The bottom line is yes, there is an Itanium version in production, but
not for x86-32.
If "Itanium" ever constitutes "a standard PC", then perhaps the answer
might be less ambiguous.
