PersonalAlpha has limited memory and no tape drive support. The "price is right", ie:
free.

PersonalAlpha is a stripped-down version of CHARON-AXP, which is designed for commercial
applications. http://www.stanq.com/charon-alpha.html

There's also CHARON-VAX, which replaces VAX systems. And there is a version which runs
on a notebook, although it's not free, either. http://www.stanq.com/charon-vax.html

[Shameless Plug Alert (tm) -- I am a CHARON reseller.]
