Eventually, the prediction becomes true. And it may happen much sooner
than you think. It may not be a heart-attack like happened to Alpha with
a sudden and irreversible announcement of its death. It may be more like
alzheimer where the patient is placed in some outside institution with
promises of great care, but in the end, all that will be be given is
paliative care to allow the patient to expire by itself.
