By my definition of terminal (VTxxx or similar), you do not have X11 
graphical interfaces on the workstation (which would actually be unusual for 
a workstation).  Put another way... do you use a VGA or similar monitor and 
KB/mouse connected directly to the workstation?  Those would be X11 
graphical interfaces.

I believe that line is only for locally connected graphical interfaces, not 
remote, network connected X-terminals.
