If more and more VMS sites go into "maintenance" mode with owner no
longer developping on VMS or adding new software and are slowly porting
each application to more modern systems, then they will still show as a
VMS site for many years to come, but won't need VMS expertise, they will
be hiring Linux, Windows, AIX , Solaris expertise.
