No, it is Itanium only.
For your Alpha there is the Secure Web Browser, which is a VMS version 
of Mozilla.
There is said to be a new Secure Web Browser soon available. It seems to 
be based on SeaMonkey from Mozilla.
I am very intersted in that, too.
