So that's a pretty clear message.
You'll need to issue a allow the lcient access.
Typically you start with a command like: xhost +
That opens up for all.
Refine as needed.
Also... remember KISS.
Try DECW$CLOCK or Xeyes or something silly like that, before trying a
'real' application.
Personally, I'm happy with Cygwin for providing me with Unix tools,
including an X server on Windows. I typically start that with:
export DISPLAY=localhost:0.0
/usr/bin/X11/X -multiwindow &
xhost +
fwiw,
