You have to disable access control in Xming:
the pulldown-menu (right mouse click) in the Xming icon has an "access"
entry: select "ac off".
There is also a possibility to use a node selective access via "xhost" from
the commandline:
C:\program Files\Xming\xhost.exe + clienthost
See also the example_Xmingrc file how to customize Xming, e.g. how to add a
particular xhost command to the Xming menu.
