Downloaded the initial PDF!  I don't actually have a bookreader of any
kind (except mark 1 hands and eyeballs); if you ever sell the whole
thing as a PDF that would be great.  Otherwise I'll look at the iPhone
option but to be honest I haven't enjoyed using that as a reader; too
small.

2012, eh?  Isn't that the Nostradamus/Maya/Aztec/whoever else 'end of
the calendar, end of days' apocalypse time?

BTW your book on SOA is on the way and I'm really looking forward to
getting it and putting it to use.
