[Info-vax] SSL for OpenVMS 7.2-1

   Are you seeking an official HP SSL kit or OpenSSL, or what?

   I recently went through the exercise of trying to build
OpenSSL 0.9.8j on VMS, but not so old a VMS as V7.2-1.  You're
welcome to try the results, and see what happens.  (What could
go wrong?  (Only one way to find out.))

The OpenSSL developers have been notified, but I haven't heard
back yet.  Complaints from others are welcome, too.

   Note that I mostly pounded on the old VMS builders until
things stopped failing.  Actual code changes were pretty
meager, and it's all still a .COM builder scheme, not a real
MMS|MMK scheme.  (Or even a particularly attractive .COM
scheme.)
