[Info-vax] IA64 MPC Firmware

While waiting for Hobbyist license and trying to find a copy of IA64
VMS V8.3-1 I thought I'd play with this 'new' (ebay)Rx2600. According
to the EFI Based Setup Utility V5.1 downloaded from the HP website, it
indicates I can flash the Management Processor Card from E.02.07
directly to the CD version E.03.30, yet most information on the web
indicates I must go to E.02.10 via FTP before upgrading above E.02.10.
Anyone know if the CD based setup utility supersedes the original FTP
upgrade? Thanks.
