No.  OpenVMS IA64 comes on a DVD.  It no longer fits on CD media.  The
OpenVMS "Operating Environment" DVD is the install media for the base
OS and pieces belonging to the FOE, EOE and MCOE (i.e. HBVS,
VMSclustering, RMS Jounaling, etc).  In addition, things like Apache,
Perl, WASIT, SOAP and others are on this DVD.  Then there is a Layered
Products DVD which contains compilers and other HP applications.
