The term is used ubiquitously throughout the business world today:
team player.  It's a big circle-jerk.  Employees cowering to their
management to maintain their jobs.  All indepentent thinking that
made the US great is taboo and, in its place, there's a mind-meld-
ing drone of mediocracy and complacency anchoring it down.  Mottos
of "Trust No One" and "Make No Waves" are the tenets of corporate
survival.

We're all on a one way ride to hell and why are we in a handbasket?
