[Info-vax] DCPS and gray-bar output

VMS/alpha 7.1 and DCPS 2.5.

I like the gray-bar output I get when I specify DATA_TYPE=LIST and 
sometimes would like it with DATA_TYPE=ANSI.

Do I already have a gray-bar module that I can use with 
DATA_TYPE=ANSI?  I looked through DCPS$DEVCTL but did not find 
anything with a name that suggested LIST or GRAY-BAR.  I didn't find 
anything that looked promising in the DCPS directory of SYS$EXAMPLES 
either.  Where else should I look?

If DCPS does not supply a gray-bar module that I can use with 
DATA_TYPE=ANSI, do you have one that you can give me?
